After we had decided on our topics and the audience that we were going to target at, we went on to research more on how our targeted audience should benefit from healthy ageing and that was when telehealth ideas came into our mind. During the research process, we encountered some issues such as the limited amount of information we can get from the internet as well as how improve the features in the existing telehealth related applications.
